{"id":4594,"date":"2022-04-10T18:52:11","date_gmt":"2022-04-10T22:52:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/envisionco.net\/?p=4594"},"modified":"2022-04-10T18:52:11","modified_gmt":"2022-04-10T22:52:11","slug":"week-ending-4-8-2022","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/envisionco.net\/?p=4594","title":{"rendered":"Week Ending 4\/8\/2022"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>MARKET RECAP<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Markets fell this week on worried about an economic slowdown and a more aggressive tightening by the Fed.<\/li>\n<li>Just about everyone at the Fed is talking about tightening quickly. <span class=\"Fid_5\">Lael Brainard, the Fed governor awaiting Senate confirmation said the <\/span><span class=\"Fid_5\">central bank needs to shrink its balance sheet \u201crapidly.\u201d In a release of the Fed&#8217;s minutes from last minutes, officials spoke about reducing the balance sheet by $95 billion per month.
